3dwallstickers gladly accepts returns:

1.Our stores support a 14-day unconditional return policy.

2.The calculation of the 14 days starts from the buyer receiving the goods (the receipt time is based on the logistics company’s signature).

3.If there are any product quality issues or transportation damage issues, our stores will be responsible for the shipping costs. We would like to remind you that “color difference” and “change of mind” do not fall within the scope of the seller’s responsibility for shipping costs.

4.When returning items, please return them in their original packaging and the customer is responsible for the safety of the product during the return shipping process. After we receive the returned items and confirm that they do not affect the secondary sale, we will arrange a refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. If the returned item affects the secondary sale, unfortunately we cannot arrange a refund or exchange for you.

How do I return or exchange an item?
If you need to return or exchange the product, please send an email to contact customer service first, and be sure to inform us of the order number and the reason for the return. We will reply as soon as possible and register the return details. We will also provide guidance and support regarding returns.
